Freeze Damage

We hit 30°F at the farm earlier this week, and lost some vegetables that we left uncovered (and some that we did cover). Deaths include basil, cucumbers, green beans, and a bunch of pepper varieties. The tomoatoes, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, and some other peppers all survived. It is supposed to be warm now for a few days before the next chance of a freeze. Oh, that gives me an idea… I need to put in a table for my weather station on this page. Cheers!
